Site Conditions: There will always be a few surprises on any construction site and they usually cost money or time. Be prepared with a contingency in your schedule and budget.

The Discontinued Product: There is a good chance that at least one product that is specified on your job will be discontinued before you need it. Just be prepared to react quickly to find an alternative and you will lose no time or money.
